RICH MNISI reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.

RICH MNISI has a 30 day returns policy for all items purchased at RICH MNISI except for items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase.
The 30 day count starts from the date of purchase in store or from the date of delivery for online purchases.
Items will only be accepted for returns if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented.
Please note that underwear, socks, books and magazines cannot be returned – all purchases are final.

Items will only be accepted for exchange if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented.

Fastway Couriers handle all South Africa shipping.
Please contact RICH MNISI directly if you would like to place an order but your physical address does not fall into our shipping scope.
Shipping of orders will only take place on receipt of proof of payment.
If proof of payment is not received RICH MNISI will waiting until funds are visible in their account before shipment is made.
